Process
Initial Meeting and Evaluation:
We start with an in-depth meeting to understand the athlete’s background, aspirations, and current performance level. This includes assessing their academic standing, athletic skills, and eligibility criteria for scholarships.
We review video highlights, stats, and any existing portfolio material, providing initial feedback on strengths and areas that may need improvement. This evaluation helps us determine the best possible strategy moving forward.
Setting a Timeline & Building the Athletic Portfolio:
A detailed timeline is established based on the athlete's goals, current level of recruitment interest, and application deadlines. We customize this timeline to the specific sports season and scholarship windows.
We begin building a professional athletic portfolio, which includes video highlights, performance data, academic achievements, and personal statements. This portfolio becomes a vital tool for showcasing the athlete’s capabilities to recruiters and coaches.
Building a Development Plan:
In this phase, we focus on optimizing the athlete's physical and mental preparation. We consult with personal coaches to refine skills, and engage with nutritionists and other experts to ensure the athlete's well-being is at its peak.
This step also includes planning for additional training, strength and conditioning, mental coaching, or any other resources the athlete may need to succeed.
Regular check-ins ensure that the athlete is progressing according to the plan, with adjustments made as necessary.
Promotion of the Athlete:
We begin actively promoting the athlete, not only within our network but also through our partnerships all around the world. This broad exposure ensures that the athlete reaches a diverse range of schools, leagues, and scouts.
Our partnerships with agencies and recruiters worldwide expand the athlete’s visibility, making them accessible to scholarship opportunities across multiple regions, including the USA, Europe, and Canada.
Guiding and Evaluating Offers:
As offers start coming in, we guide the athlete and their family through the evaluation process, ensuring they understand each opportunity’s academic, athletic, and financial aspects.
We carefully compare all options to help find the best fit, considering the athlete's long-term goals, team dynamics, and academic programs.
The objective is to ensure that the athlete chooses a university or program where they will thrive both academically and athletically, ensuring a happy and successful outcome.

Sports scholarships are a financial aid to student-athletes that wish to combine their studies while practicing the sport they love. A sports scholarship grants them the opportunity to study in some of the best colleges and universities, and continue to develop in their sport by competing at the level of college/university championships.
A student can combine Athletic and Academic Scholarships.
Scholarships vary from 0% to 100% (=> full scholarship)
Scholarships cover: tuition, housing, meals, travel expenses for games, sports gear (sponsored by Nike, Adidas or Under Armour), etc.
The total amount that an athlete can receive in their 4 years of studies can exceed €200,000.
